I started at Electronic Arts in 2016 as a bilingual Games Advisor, and over seven years grew into a Social Specialist and Community Manager role across flagship franchises like Madden NFL and EA Sports UFC. I learned how brand voice, athlete partnerships, and platform-native creative drive scale — the Madden NFL Soundtrack post I worked on hit 26K+ likes; the Start/Bench/Cut tight-ends post pulled 54K.
Alongside the EA chapter I ran a freelance Digital Media & Community Coordinator practice from 2021–2024, and held a contract Social Media Manager seat at the agency LERMA partnering with C-suite stakeholders on national-account brand storytelling. That layered marketing-tech depth — drip sequences, CMS publishing, audience journey mapping — onto the social work.
Since November 2024 I've been Marketing Specialist at Babson Diagnostics, the company behind the BetterWay consumer brand. The brief is full-stack: cross-channel campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, audience segmentation and A/B testing, social and content production, partnerships, events, performance reporting. It's where I've owned the most surface area — and the work in this portfolio reflects that.
Background: Doctor of Dental Surgery (Universidad del Zulia, 2009) and B.A. Architecture (Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, 2013), both in Maracaibo, Venezuela. A non-linear path into marketing — the adaptability and curiosity carry over.
